We have many roles within the home from Home Leader, Senior Support Staff, and support staff. All our staff have an intense induction programme to ensure all competencies are met. We also provide an ongoing training programme for all members of the team. The training will consist of online training and face to face training. Our clinical co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring all are staff are highly skilled and competent.
