Staff Testimonials
"I worked for Amanda and Sarah in the role of a support worker for just over 10 years. In that time I have met many amazing and inspirational young people and their families. It has been a privilege to both care for them and get to know them. All rooms are personalised, the care is individualised and holistically given. The home has a family homely atmosphere which is very welcoming. Working with and being trained by wonderful nurses and managers enabled me to gain many health skills. I miss all my work colleague friends but most of all I miss the remarkable residents. It was sad to leave but we all have to retire some time."

"I worked for Seaside Care Homes for 6 years. As soon as I started the company made me feel welcome with in the house training and a friendly team of staff. I started as a junior member of staff and progressed to a senior position through the learning opportunities and training that Seaside Care Homes was able to offer. I have gained skills working with people who have complex medical needs and I have been able to use these skills in other roles internationally. Employees are made to feel like family at Seaside Care Homes as the door is always open to talk to management. I have also enjoyed some great days out that Seaside Care Homes arrange for the young people for example Mersea Festival, swimming and zoo trips. This company is set apart from the others because the standards of work are high quality and the residents are truly cared for. Multidisciplinary teams who have visited the home always comment on how the environment at Seaside Care Homes is clean, spacious and has a family feel."

"After visiting Seaside Care Homes my husband and I both said what a lovely well run home it is. We were made very welcome by all members of staff and was a pleasure to see how well looked after the young adults were. It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and we both look forward to visiting again."
